I chose this hotel for its convenient location near the synod I was attending. The facilities were clean and modern, and the staff was polite and welcoming. The apartment was well-equipped with everything I needed, including a fully equipped kitchen, shampoo, and dishwashing supplies. The bright room with plenty of windows made for a pleasant stay.
The only downside was the lack of a personal washing machine. While there may have been a common laundry area, it was not very convenient for a longer stay.

Hotel staff were extremely helpful.... Room was excellent and complete with everything you might want in a kitchen too. Everything worked. So highly recommended.
Only concern was safety with the windows open.... Being on the fifth floor.... It's a long way down, should you fall out! Definitely not a place for inquisitive children. I would suggest modern windows that lean in, rather than open in.

The appartement was quite large and it was very comfortable and for this price incredible valuable. Especially the bed was neither too hard nor too soft. Great that it was also possible to profit from the breakfast at Hotel Agenda Louise which was - at least for me - absolutely sufficient. The location of the Residence is also great just between the two quarters of Brussels which I liked most: Ixelles and St-Gilles.
The TV-reception somtimes was quite bad.

I always come back because it has everything I need: Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, flat-screen TV, and more. The staff even guided me to attractions on my first stay. Perfect for weekends. 40/40.

Located in a non-touristy neighborhood, Residence Agenda provides spacious apartments with a lot of great restaurants, shops, and movie theaters nearby. the rooms are clean and tidy, and some provide luxurious amenities such as candles and comfortable beds. the staff is friendly and helpful, and parking is secure.
Some guests have reported cleanliness issues, marks on furniture, and broken or non-working appliances.

Lovely area, close to subway. Apartment was spacious and secure. Nice to be able to spread out for 3 days without staff servicing the room. Easy walk to main historic square.
Small elevator still required some steps. 5 minute walk to hotel for breakfast ok but walk inconvenient on checkin/out days. Small breakfast room fills quickly. Expensive city to stay in ... twice the price of other Belgium towns.

The breakfasts were super. The room was spacious. We enjoyed our stay. The staff assisted us with tourist information. Appreciated the lift to get the luggage to the apartment
The swing doors of the kitchen serves no purpose except to be in the way all the time. The cutlery was dirty, No soap for the dishwasher. The dusbin was dirty. The lightting of the stairs is inadequate.Parking is a great problem and very expensive. The vicinity is very noisy.

had an amazing romantic weekend in Brussels. Stayed at a lovely aparthotel with spacious rooms and friendly staff from Agenda hotel. Convenient location near Metro.
Wifi was a letdown.

Excellent staff, always helpful, although it was obvious they work under high stress.
I was for business, but it was impossible to work (very poor light, the halogen lamp was not bright enough, only in the toilet one had good illumination). Moreover, only the free Wifi was available, which was hacked by half of Brussels and therefore impossible to use it, except of a few hours at 3 am (!!) in the night. Therefore , for me it was the most horrible experience I ever had in Brussels. But if you plan a relaxing time, and you do not care about the noise in the street, the hotel is ok. Also, the breakfast is in the Hotel, so in the opposite direction if you go to the metro Louise. For check-out, you have to give the keys at the hotel, which means you have to carry the luggage by yourself all the 200m (in the morning no taxi availa

We were delighted with the spacious and modern apartment at Aparthotel Residence. The views of the city streets were breathtaking and we appreciated the comfortable furnishings. Despite being located in a bustling area, we were pleasantly surprised by how quiet it was. The staff provided excellent service and even allowed us early check-in. we had a fabulous stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

Very satisfied with the Residence Agenda. Excellent value for money, I would recommend it. We rented a fully equiped appartment and it was perfect. It is well located and staff were very friendly.
We had to walk 1/2 km to get to our appartment from the hotel reception - they should have mentioned it when we booked.

The aparment was wonderful, it was modern and clean to a cheap price. It was situated about 10 minutes from the Metro and 5 minutes from the hotel which was very central. The staff was very nice and friendly and helped you eagerly if you needed anything. We stayed for 3 nights and enjoyed our stay very much, we could definetely think of coming back here again!
The breakfast was a bit simplistic and the worker that helped us to check in was not well informed about what to do. But it was his first day and everyone has first days!
